Refund Policy

AI Design Guide is a professional library of guides, prompts, templates, and tools for designers working with AI and design systems. Members receive immediate access to the full content library, including premium guides, downloadable templates, MCP server configs, and Figma plugin access. Because this value is delivered upfront, refunds are limited.

Monthly memberships

Monthly memberships are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Yearly memberships

Yearly memberships may be refunded within the first 14 days of joining. After the 14-day period, yearly memberships become non-refundable. If you cancel after 14 days, your access remains active until the end of your annual billing period.

VIP Cohort

VIP Cohort purchases may be refunded within 7 days of enrollment, provided the live sessions have not yet started. Once the first live session has taken place, VIP Cohort purchases become non-refundable. Your 1-year Pro membership included with the cohort follows the yearly membership policy above.

Free tier

All new accounts get free access to starter guides, tools, comparisons, and selected public resources. No payment is required on the free tier. No refund is applicable since no charge was made.

Refund review process

For eligible refund requests, I may ask for brief context to understand your situation. This may include:

  • Why you joined and what you were hoping to accomplish
  • How AI Design Guide did not meet that goal

Access after refund

If a refund is approved, membership access is removed immediately. This includes all premium content, templates, downloads, Figma plugin access, and MCP server configs. Free-tier content remains accessible.
